Shipping and Tracking Information
When your parcel is dispatched, you will usually receive a tracking link via email. The email address used for your order will be used for this. Your tracking link may end up in your spam folder.
If the expected delivery date for your parcel has passed without an update, we recommend that you wait at least a week before contacting us. We’ll be happy to help by contacting the carrier, but please bear in mind that they often ask us to wait at least a week before they start a trace.
