Shipping Address Changes
Accidentally gave us the wrong shipping address or made a mistake in the address? Here's what to do:
- Before Shipping: If you have selected DPD as your delivery method, you can use the tracking link to change your delivery address. Once we have dispatched the parcel, you will receive this link via the email address you provided when placing your order. Please check your spam folder for the tracking link. We are unable to change the address with DPD once the parcel is in transit.
- Before Shipping, not DPD: If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can update your shipping address promptly.
- After Shipping, not DPD: If your order has already been shipped, we will contact the shipping company to determine if the address can still be changed. Sometimes the track and trace link gives the option to select a parcel shop instead of the select home address. If we cannot change the address in time, you might be able to re-direct it by selecting a parcel shop instead.
