Whether you've purchased a crossbow, an archery bow, bolts, arrows, or any accessories, you have the flexibility to exchange your item within two weeks of receiving it. Returns and Refunds
In compliance with European law, Mirito.com provides a 14-day cancellation period for all orders. Here's how it works:
- You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to cancel your purchase, no questions asked.
- After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
- Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund.
- If the returned item was the only one in your order, we'll refund the original shipping costs as well.
Please note that return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.
Condition of Returned Items
To ensure a smooth refund process:
- Return the product with all its accessories
- Keep the item in its original condition and packaging, if possible
- Be aware that damaged or incomplete returns may result in a reduced refund
We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s), provided they're in good condition. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
International Returns and Exchanges
For our valued customers outside the EU, we maintain the same policies. However, please be aware of two important factors:

- You'll need to complete the necessary Customs documents before sending the item back
