Our apologies for the inconvenience when that happens. Feel free to ignore the review mail until you've received your package and have been able to properly enjoy your products.
Do you have a problem with your order?
If you're running into an issue with your order, we would appreciate it if you would contact us first at info@mirito.com before writing a review. We're eager to give every customer a great customer experience and we strive to fix your issues swiftly. If you e-mail us with your issue, it helps us get to the core of the matter faster. Please include the following information:
- Order information such as order number and name
- Product that has the issue
- Explain the issue: What happened? How did it happen?
- Add photos of your problem if possible. (We understand not adding any photos of an order not having arrived yet, but for damage situations it helps us greatly to see what's going on.)
