Payment Problems
At some point, everyone can run into a payment problem. Maybe a wrong payment method was selected, the pop-up was clicked away too soon or your internet failed. Here's what to do if your payment failed.
If You're Logged In
- Navigate to Orders: Head over to 'My Account' and click on 'Orders'.
- Retry Payment: Locate your order and click the button to pay for it. This will guide you through the payment process again.
If You're Not Logged In
- Check Your Email: Look for an email from us containing your order details.
- Use Order Details: Use the information in the email to attempt the payment again.
Additional Support
If neither of the above solutions work, please contact us directly. We can assist you by providing a payment link to complete your purchase. It's also possible to pay via 2. Bank Transfer , but we would appreciate a heads-up if you decide to switch to bank transfer. Orders that aren't paid within the payment window are automatically marked as 'Failed'; bank transfer orders are excluded from that status but they need to be set to that manually.
