6. Order Status Meaning

Initial Order Statuses

Upon placing an order, it is categorized based on payment and documentation requirements:

On Hold: Awaiting payment via bank transfer
Payment Pending: Awaiting payment; no additional documents needed.
Payment and ID Pending: Payment and identification are required.
Payment and License plus ID Pending: Requires payment, identification, and a type of license.
Payment Pending but ID Received: Payment is pending, but your ID has been received.
Payment Pending but ID plus License Received: Payment is pending, but both your ID and license have been received.

Once payment is confirmed, your order progresses to one of the following:

Processing Order: No further information is needed; your order is being picked and packed.
ID Pending: Payment received, awaiting your ID.
License and ID Pending: Payment received, awaiting both your license and ID.

Certain orders may require additional attention:

Checking Order Details: We're verifying your shipping details due to potential issues, such as incomplete addresses.
Manual Processing: The order requires a unique approach, possibly involving extra paperwork for non-EU shipments.
Processing On Hold: The order is paused for manual creation, repairs, exchanges, or special customer requests.

Sent: Your order has been dispatched to the shipping company. You should receive a tracking link via the email provided during your order. Make sure to check your spam folder if you haven't received the tracking link.
